**Communications Coordinator**

As part of the communications team, you will support the development of communications collateral for our clients and their employees in line with our annual plan. This role would suit someone who enjoys working with a range of clients, stakeholders, and in a complex organisation.

To excel in this role you will be customer-centric, passionate about integrity of different brands, and ideally have 2+ years previous experience in marketing and communications..

While our marketing and communications team is located in Auckland, this role can be Auckland or Wellington based.

**Your key responsibilities will be**:

- Writing content and producing regular communication material in-line with the annual communications plan with the purpose of helping employees understand financial matters. This includes EDMs, website articles, booklets, online analysis, member engagement surveys, monthly reports, fact sheets, and supporting creation of annual reports.
- Liaising with various internal and external stakeholders to source content, conduct peer reviews, and acquire relevant approvals.
- Working collaboratively with members of the customer marketing & communications team to assist with the preparation and implementation of project briefs, print quotes, print jobs and communications distribution.
- Working closely with the design studio and mail-house to achieve objectives.
- Work with our external design agency and Client Service Managers to update statutory documents, forms, and fact sheets as required.
- Writing, editing and peer reviewing work across a wide range of media including both online and print.

**What would make you stand out?**
- Proven writing skills.
- Project coordination experience.
- Basic experience in finance and / or superannuation writing is desirable.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Collaborative work approach, and well-developed communication skills both verbal and written.
- Ability to deal with all levels of the business.
