Ko ta matou mahi - About the role We have an exciting opportunity for a Stakeholder Coordinator to join our team in Penrose, that is specific to the Land Access activity, working with Councils and local authorities to obtain permits.
In this role you will be a subject matter expert (SME) of UCG's operational processes and liaise with our key external stakeholders.
Ko to mahi – What you will do Develop and maintain positive working relationships with all stakeholders Work collaboratively with teams and stakeholders to drive positive outcomes Ensure quality and compliance to legislative requirements Provide guidance and support to remote and virtual colleagues Ensure designs and consent applications meet customer specific quality requirements Na tou rourou - What you will bring You will have previous experience within the telecommunications industry, including: Liaising with external stakeholders (Councils, Utilities Companies, and Local Authorities) to obtain information and negotiate successful outcomes Exposure to UFB and NGA architecture, relevant to either build or provisioning, is desirable Experience in handling Land Access Applications and Work Access Permits will be highly regarded You are an experienced and confident facilitator with the technical clout, who enjoys engaging with people across all walks of life.
