Are you an expert in managing and processing orders? Do you have a passion for customer service? Look no further. We are on the lookout for a proactive Order Management Specialist, based in the vibrant city of Auckland, New Zealand. This key role falls within our Service Delivery team and reports to the Order Management Manager.

**WHAT YOU WILL DO**

As an Order Management Specialist, you will manage the implementation of incoming orders, providing exceptional value to customers throughout the process. You will be required to maintain high standards and timely communication with cross-functional teams, while promoting a customer-focused culture.

**Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Support the successful implementation of all orders and process incoming orders with a high degree of accuracy.
- Create, manage, and maintain customer records and required documentation. - Build strong relationships with different internal and external teams. - Understand customer requirements and provide valuable solutions.
- Promote our vision, mission, and KPIs.
- Deliver on customer needs and requirements set out by pre-sales engineering and sales teams.
- Maintain knowledge of best practices in the discipline.
- Engage with key stakeholders and customers to gauge satisfaction levels and ensure they remain high.
- Foster positive relations within the team and promote open, collaborative working.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Previous experience dealing with high-volume processing and data entry
- Experience working with SAP is a plus.
- Passionate about customer service and relationship building.
- Previous experience in providing hardware, software, and/or services to large accounts.
- Excellent pre-sales, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Proven track record in collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Willingness to take ownership and be held accountable.
- Ability to work with a diverse group of people and build successful working relationships.
- Experience with GPS and fleet management technology is advantageous but not necessary.
