**The Opportunity**:
There are a range of short term and contract opportunities in building services, facilities coordination and facilities management to support the property and facilities strategic and operational objectives within Auckland CBD. The building technicians' role is a hands on role to ensure whatever work the facilities need completed are done in a timely fashion.

The Facilities Coordinator/Manager ensures that the facilities are compliant, safe to operate and are fit for purpose.

**What you need**:
You need to be a skilled Facilities Manager/Coordinator or someone who has experience managing facilities in a similar role. To be successful, you need to demonstrate experience in compliance and preventative maintenance scheduling for facilities, meeting and qualifying contractors on site and attending leaseholder meetings (amongst other responsibilities). Your background could be as building specific facilities manager or a multi-site facilities manager that has experience in the above. Building Technicians will have demonstrated relevant prior experience in being in a hands on role.
