As a Collaboration Specialist at Te Wānanga o Aotearoa, you’ll play a pivotal role in transforming how we work together. Your mission? To harness the power of Microsoft Teams and SharePoint, ensuring seamless collaboration across our organization

Key responsibilities include:

- ** Implement and Manage Platforms**:

- Set up and manage Microsoft Teams and SharePoint environments for efficient internal and external collaboration.
- Create collaborative workspaces that empower our staff to connect, share and innovate

Best Practices Training**:

- Train our teams on using Teams and Sharepoint effectively
- Share document management tips; communication tools and collaborative strategies
- **
Technical Support and Staying Current**:

- Be the go-to problem solver Provide expert technical support and troubleshoot any Teams or SharePoint issues.
- Keep your finger on the pulse of Microsoft updates and features. Evaluate their impact and value for our organization

**About you**

Our ideal Collaboration Specialist is a tech-savvy problem solver with a knack for making teamwork feel like a walk on the beach. Whether it’s explaining a new feature or chatting with colleagues, you’re the master of clear, friendly communication. You believe that collaboration makes the world go 'round. And you’re here to spin it faster You know your way around Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Office 365 and you’ll be well seasoned in administration, installation and configuration.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Be Microsoft Certified in one of the following Administrator Expert, Teams Administrator Associate, Solutions Expert (MCSE), Technology Specialist (MCTS), IT Professional
- Full NZ Drivers Licence

As a kaupapa Māori organisation, your willingness to participate in cultural activities and develop an understanding of Āhuatanga Māori (values, culture and tikanga) is desirable.
