Team Odd Gang is responsible for the provision of specialist cleaning and support services to production operations. Flexibility in work patterns is essential for this role as the team maintains a callout system of 24/7 cover to the Mill.

**To Succeed in this Role, you must**:

- Have comprehensive computer skills (Excel & Microsoft Windows)
- Have a current “Full driver’s license”
- Have “W” (Wheels) endorsement for operating a Loader.
- Be competent with operating a loader “would be advantageous.”
- Be trained in HPWJ “would be advantageous.”
- Be trained in working at heights: “would be advantageous.”
- Hold a current confined space certificate “would be advantageous.”

**Expectations of the Role**:

- You must have excellent communication skills in both written and oral situations.
- You must have the ability to work in demanding conditions.
- You must have excellent time management skills.
- You must have excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- You must have an excellent work ethic, with the ability to work with mínimal supervision.
