**Job Description**:
Two unique opportunities have recently become available in our successful **Real Estate Management Services **team based in our **Christchurch office**. The two opportunities will include both Property & Facilities responsibilities but can be flexible to focus on delivering in one area.

As a **Property & Facilities Coordinator **in the Property Management department, you will specialise in assisting in the preparation and coordination of lease agreements, ensuring all lease-related documents are well managed.

As a **Property & Facilities Coordinator **in the Facilities Management department, you will specialise in assisting in the preparation and coordination of contractor documentation, and key management system.

In** both **positions, you will be the first point of contact expert for our commercial property clients and other required stakeholders, so excellent customer service and relationship management skills are essential.

Through this role, you will explore the nature of commercial property and facilities management. Therefore, this will be a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to start **and/or **continue their career in commercial property and facilities management.

**The value you'll add**
- Assist in the preparation of documentation, including lease agreements, contracts, maintenance approval papers, etc.
- Meet property-related obligations e.g. tenancy agreements; rent reviews etc. are actioned promptly and in a timely manner
- Liaise and maintain professional relationships with Property and Facilities Managers. clients, lawyers and contractors
- Maintain the Property Management Information system and Facilities Management database

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience working in a customer-centric environment
- Previous experience with Lease, Property & Facilities management is desirable
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Willingness to learn and master the property-based system
