Our Facilities & Asset Management Unit are seeking a Facilities Planning Administrator to join our busy and growing team.
In this role, you will provide operational support to teams responsible for facilities operations, maintenance, and planning for Council. You will work closely with our project managers, planners and Unit staff to ensure timely capture of relevant information and help our data and decision making.
Ideally, you'll have experience monitoring and maintaining project data and information related to delivery and planning in the short and medium term. Utilising Council's enterprise system, SAP, you will be inputting, reporting and providing data and information. Experience in SAP-PM and SAP-RE is highly desirable.
We deliver services to the community through a diverse range of facility assets.
To be successful in this role you will need to have good communication skills to assist you in interacting with a wide variety of facility and property professionals and diverse stakeholders. You will have strong practical experience and working knowledge in general administrative functions associated with financial accounting, facility and property data.
You will have a working knowledge in information management systems especially project & asset management. Attention to detail is key in this role along with the ability to plan and prioritise your work.
