**About the role**:
This role supports our rental team Sales Managers (4) by creating rental contracts for machines, creating and tracking order numbers, managing the customer database information and other general office duties.Strong time management skills are important, and will ensure your success, as you are responsible for setting your own daily priorities.

**Key responsibilities**:

- prioritising, creating and closing rental contracts for our sales team
- maintain team spreadsheets, trailer registrations and customer information
- create purchase orders and numbers
- manage and process all accounts receivable invoicing
- project work and general office admin

**Skills and experience sought**:

- general office and administrative experience
- great organisational skills and self managment ability
