As a result of an internal promotion, we have an exciting opportunity for a proactive, well organised administrator to join our Auckland team, based in Airport Oaks. As our Administration Assistant you will be a crucial member of our fast-paced, growing organisation. This varied role offers diversity that includes both customer-facing and general office duties. What your day will look like: Front reception duties, greeting customers and answering phone enquiries Processing online reservations Preparing and managing invoices Assisting with rental pick up and returns Other administrative tasks to support our operation Previous administration or customer service experience Excellent verbal and written communication skills Tech savvy and able to learn new systems.
