**Job Title: Part-Time Senior Social Media Account Manager**

**About us**:
We are a new media business specialising in organic social media growth. We help business owners grow their businesses through best-in-class social media strategies without spending exorbitant sums on online advertising.

Our clients range from small start-ups to large corporate clients who want to grow their businesses using the world's best marketing platforms.

**Job Summary**:
This is a 20-hour-per-week position that would be ideal for someone with an expert understanding of business and social media. The hours are flexible and could suit someone re-entering the workforce.

This role reports directly to the owner and will involve creating and producing social media content.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and meet with clients, workers and myself
- Develop and execute monthly social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement for clients
- Develop and execute monthly social media reports to analyse and reflect on the month's brand awareness and engagement for clients
- Create, edit, schedule and publish content (posts, reels and stories) on various social media platforms (Facebook, Tik Tok, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Take captivating content (photos and videos)
- Manage social media accounts and monitor engagement with followers
- Respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with two other team members who will help to develop and execute social media campaigns when required
- Analyse performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed to improve engagement and reach
- Stay up-to-date with trends and changes on social media platforms and incorporate them into our strategy

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a social media manager or similar role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with social media platforms and analytics tools
- Knowledge of social media marketing trends and best practices
- Ability to think creatively and develop engaging content
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Ability to manage and adapt to a variety of different tasks
- Experience with graphic design and video editing
