Are you a strategic Marketing Manager based in (or willing to relocate to) Waikato for a campaign-centric people management role within a broader supportive and dynamic team.
**Location**: Based in the Waikato.
**About the role**:
The Senior Manager of Domestic Marketing is responsible for developing and implementing domestic marketing including advertising campaigns, brochureware, collateral and marketing for events to support the domestic marketing strategy. The role has responsibility for enhancing our client’s brand and meeting their strategic goals through the planning and implementation of marketing activity in the domestic market. This position has a key responsibility to support and lead a team of four, which includes a CRM Marketing Specialist, a Domestic Marketing Specialist, a Senior Marketing Advisor, and a Marketing Specialist.
This is a fast-paced role within a truly supportive culture. You will need experience juggling multiple projects and a true passion for what you do.

You will be responsible for developing and implementing both traditional and digital marketing campaigns and so a generalist background would be advantageous.
The successful applicant will need proven experience in devising and implementing Campaigns within a marketing function.
- 8+ years’ experience in a marketing and/or campaigns role.
- Demonstrated experience managing a high-performing team.
- Experience in producing marketing campaigns, publications, collateral, brochureware and event marketing.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to build and maintain effective relationships.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sound understanding of organisation and management processes.
- Ability to deal with figures and experience with budget management.
- Data interpretation and analytical skills.
- Computer literacy and knowledge of the web and social media.
