Our client, Glasslines is a wholesale glass distribution and processing company with a long stable 30-year history. From small beginnings, they are now a multifaceted company with an extensive range of products and brands.

As the Senior Accounts Administrator, reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for all aspects of the finance function including: processing and managing accounts payable and receivable; create and manage POs; coding and reconciling bank entries including credit card expenses and preparation of month end financial information to be then authorised by their external accountant. In this role you will also proactively manage cash flow; provide required reporting and assist the GM in the preparation of budgets etc.

To be successful in this role you will have:

- A sound understanding of accounting principles and practices
- A minimum of five years' experience working in an accounting or finance role
- Intermediate computer skills including Excel ideally with ideally experience using Xero
- The ability to work in a team environment;
- Good communication skills;
- Integrity and a high degree of confidentiality;
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.

In return you will part of a small high performing team in a company with a very bright future. The role is full time and WFH options will be considered one - two days per week with the balance at their Hautapu based office.
