Innovation, eminence, and digital are at the heart of everything we do. Are you excited about the future?

Are you driven by the opportunity to work on some of the most challenging and complex projects around the world and to learn from the best? We are.

Diversity is at the core of everything we do. We work together to create a culture based on respect, trust, and inclusiveness. Our differences are what fuel our creativity. In 2019, we were the first New Zealand engineering company to achieve the Rainbow Tick certification for diversity and inclusion, and this has been maintained every year since. In October 2020, Aurecon was named Australasia's Most Innovative Company, and in April 2021 we were recognised as one of Australia and New Zealand's Best Places to Work by the Australian Financial Review.

We embrace flexible working and are always open to discussing your individual needs so that you get to create your own experience with us.

_bring ideas to life:_- Implement and maintain document control processes and systems- Develop and maintain the Document Management System- Manage all document flow, whether it is physical or digital- Ensure all drawings/documents are correctly identified, distributed, and filed/stored- Liaise with project teams, suppliers, and relevant third parties to agree standards, efficient flow of documentation, handover, and close-out of project activity to ensure consistency in document control- Establish & maintain the Master Document register in cooperation with the wider team- Collate, produce, and submit QA (Quality Assurance) documentation for clients

What can you bring to the team?

Firstly, you will share our genuine passion for re-imaging engineering and be someone that actively pursues continuous learning to help shape the future. You will have worked in a similar role for several years and will bring an analytical mindset and the ability to innovate and solve problems. You are an expert at managing your own time and the time of others, setting priorities, planning, and organising. You are an intermediate to advanced user of Microsoft Office and have strong experience with the use of Information Management Systems such as ProjectWise, SharePoint, and Aconex.

Our
