We are seeking an experienced Sustainability Document Controller to join their team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for:

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing documents, including organisation, maintenance, and ensuring accuracy and quality.
  • Maintaining version control of documents to ensure employees have access to the latest information.
  • Accurate data entry and updating in the document management system.
  • Ensuring seamless collaboration among teams through document facilitation.
  • Conducting quality assurance checks to verify accuracy and completeness of documents.

About You
We are looking for an experienced professional with:

  • Previous experience in document control or a related field, particularly within the context of sustainability.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in document management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
