**The opportunity**:

- Exciting opportunity to join our Audit team, where you will work closely with the leadership team, supporting the operational and strategic delivery of work to our clients
- This role has a key focus on risk and resource allocation, ensuring our Audit team is working efficiently and maximising their efficiency

**Day to day you will**:

- Partner with the Audit management group to ensure that team members are optimally allocated to engagements
- Manage requests for resource allocation using the resource planner
- Sett up clients within KPMG internal systems and maintain entity information
- Administer the client and engagement on-boarding including collation of information and administration of risk approvals
- You'll be encouraged to put forward ideas and suggest ways of increasing the effectiveness of systems and processes

**What you will bring to our team**:

- Previous experience in a secretarial or fast paced administration role
- You'll need a high level of attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple deadlines
- Able to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
- Being proactive is key in this role and you'll also need to use your initiative to come up with solutions when required
- Excellent written and verbal communication and be confident working with all levels of staff
- Technically savvy, with the ability to pick up new systems easily
- You'll also be comfortable turning your hand to whatever is asked of you
