**Te Whiwhinga Mahi| The Opportunity**

As a Desktop Services Technician you are an experienced Desktop Technician who is passionate about supporting end users with new processes and technology to keep up with our ever-changing digital world in the health sector. You will get to interact with a wide variety of people and make a real difference
- We are looking for an experienced IT Professional in L1 or L2 desktop support
- Incident Management - You will be resolving IT request and incidents in the end-user space, this could be in person or remotely
- Investigate problems and incidents for escalation to a third level team
- Installing and upgrading PCs hardware and Operating Systems
- Knowledge Management - Actively involved in the creating and maintaining of technical documents
- Customer Service - Keeping the customer informed, delivering continuous excellent customer service

**Ngā Pūkenga me ngā Wheako - Skills & Experience**
- You would ideally have 3-5 years’ commercial IT experience, specialising in desktop support that encompassed all technology and devices in the end-user space
- At least 2-3 years in a similar role is preferred
- Ability to work autonomously
- Broad hands-on experience troubleshooting support issues across multiple technologies
- Current Microsoft certifications and experience with LAN and WAN networks would be an advantage
