**Description**:
We are currently recruiting for a Desktop Support Technician role for our client based in Auckland. It will be an initial 5 to 6 months contract (depending on the start date) to provide additional support to their busy, yet fun team. They are a Google environment.

We are ideally looking for someone who has been a contractor and can pick up the pace quickly. Also, looking for an immediate start but can be flexible for the right person.

**What you will bring**:

- A minimum of 2 years of experience in an IT support role with frontline customer responsibilities.
- Intermediate level Google Workspace experience.
- Relevant experience in a medium to large scale IT environment.
- Experience in supporting Windows OS and hardware.
- Knowledge of multiple operating systems and network technologies is desirable.
- Good problem-solving and analytical reasoning.
- You will be required to engage with stakeholders, hence, strong communication skills, both written and verbal will be sought after.
