**THE OPPORTUNITY**

Supporting the Main Meal and Care & Treats global marketing teams, you will create and publish world class social content across our five Rhodes Pet Science brands in this exciting role.

**WHAT YOU'LL DO**:
**Social Channel Management**:

- Work with the C&T and Main Meal marketing teams to create quarterly global content calendars (Instagram organic; TikTok; LinkedIn) aligning with Brand, Product and Platform growth and engagement goals across all five brands
- Regularly review and report on TikTok, Instagram and LinkedIn content and channel performance ensuring key learnings are applied to future content
- Conduct weekly trends audits on platforms and monthly industry audits to ensure our Rhodes Pet Science brands are always leading the pack with our content and platform choices

**Content Creation**:

- Ideation and creation of all organic and paid TikTok content ensuring alignment with organic & paid funnel requirements
- Ideation and creation of all organic Instagram content for the brands ensuring alignment with big brand platform ideas
- Explore and leverage trends, hooks and new content opportunities to deliver results. Proactively bring these opportunities to the Snr Marketing Managers for review.
- Project manage the briefing and delivery of any Instagram organic content requiring design
- Conduct regular sweeps for UGC content, requesting usage rights as required for all platforms
- Leverage Influencer Teams for campaign content
- Manage our Creator Studio and other content tools (eg Billo, Vamp) and databases to support content requirements. Positively and proactively manage those relationships. Proactive budget management and reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager.
- Repurpose and continuously test successful content on other social channels
- Responsible for Rhodes LinkedIn content. You engage the wider team regularly for content priorities and opportunities for posting

**WHAT YOU'LL BRING**:

- You're a brilliant junior marketer with a creative mindset and is passionate about social media
- You have excellent knowledge of social media platforms (Tiktok, Instagram, etc) and an avid user of them
- You have knowledge and understanding of analytical tools
- You have iPhone/iOS content creation skills (e.g. CapCut / other relevant tools)
- Proven experience creating engaging social content that delivers results
- You are creative, well organised and skilled in juggling multiple projects and conflicting priorities
- Ideal to have prior experience or internships working in marketing or social media.
- You're excited to contribute to an office culture
- And this goes without saying, but you need to LOVE pets
