**HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT**

In this role, you will work alongside the marketing team to execute organic and paid content campaigns and help manage organic content ideation, creation, and publishing across social media. You will also support the team in influencer content briefing and monitoring, owned channel management, reviewing content performance, and briefing new content to the creative team. Your work will help support the wider marketing team in achieving their goals and driving brand growth.

**WHAT YOU WILL DO**:

- You will support marketing team with day-to-day operations across key activities, including Organic content ideation & research, creating and publishing content for social media, Influencer content briefing & monitoring UGC, own channel management, including website & EDM, reviewing content performance & actioning insights and briefing new content to the creative team
- You will also be excited to suggest content ideas across brand channels that align with the overarching platform and global content strategy
- You will support the marketing team to execute organic and paid content campaigns
- You will be supporting competitor and audience research to inform future strategic decisions, and support in the reporting of content performance, to assist in team decision-making
- You will collaborate and work cross-functionally with the wider brand marketing, content and creative teams to cross-pollinate learnings and provide support as needed
- Inventory management of marketing collateral and photoshoot support as well as other ad hoc tasks as required to support the wider team

**WHAT YOU WILL BRING**:

- You have the ability to create content for social media plans, such as short-form TikTok videos and co-ordinating Instagram content plans
- You are passionate and savvy with social media platforms and pop culture trends.
- You have strong verbal and written communication skills, with experience in the marketing field especially content, creatives, marketing campaigns and copy writing and with some level of experience and interest in growing and learning in the social media/content space.
- You have the ability to multi-task, set priorities, and stay focused in a dynamic and changing environment
- Genuine interest, passion, drive, and a go-getter attitude with hunger to grow, develop and learn with the team
- Tertiary Degree in Marketing or any equivalent practice
