**Job Description**:
We are looking for an energetic, motivated individual to coordinate overall sales support and manage activity to support the New Zealand and Australian Sales Managers. You will work collaboratively with many departments across the Company to unify the goals and strategies for the Sales division. In addition, you will provide assistance to the Senior Sales Support to bring consistency across the region.

**What you will be doing**:

- Provide sales support to the ANZ regional Sales Managers including preparing tenders, quotations and assisting with the production of sales reports
- Challenges status quo and recommends alternative solutions
- Responsible for accurately maintaining the group wide customer data base in a timely manner in CargoWise to ensure accurate information flows into the billing module
- Own the maintenance and dissemination of rate sheets
- Assist the team in maintaining timely and accurate records including PowerBI and Cargowise reporting
- Communicate and follow up effectively with Sales, Customer Service and Trade team members
- Store and maintain archive of all work and applicable supporting documentation in organized shared drives and websites
- Build and maintain effective customer relationships
- Identify potential improvement opportunities that arise. Where required, prepare reports that demonstrate the potential costs, risks and benefits of these opportunities.
- Act as a role model championing Way of Work
- Act as coach and leader of Sales Support, proving them opportunities to grow within the company
- Provide Head Office support to Fiji Inside Sales teams to develop and foster a common approach to tasks across NPDL regions
- Perform other duties as assigned

**Qualifications**:
**Here’s what you’ll bring to the table**:

- Previous experience within similar role in shipping or freight forwarding (preferably in sales or trade)
- Intermediate user of MS Office including Excel
- Self-motivated and driven, with ability to work with mínimal direction
- Experience in shipping ERP required (CargoWise is advantageous)
- Demonstrated analytical and quantitative skills

This full time, permanent role is based in Parnell. You will be process oriented with excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Your time management skills and ability to prioritise will be essential in ensuring outstanding outcomes for the business. You will love working as part of a team and at the same time can also work autonomously to ensure we are meeting deadlines. It goes without saying you will have brilliant communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with internal and external customers in Australia and New Zealand.
