Manager HR Consultancy
- Are you a generalist HR Manager with a particular interest in ER or are you a current ER Manager/Specialist looking for the next step in your career?
- Do you have the ability to lead and develop a team of HR professionals, while working in both the strategic and operational space?
- Do you have extensive stakeholder engagement skills and experience, navigating complex relationships where clear communication is key?

As our Manager HR Consultancy you will lead a team of HR Consultants who provide advice and assistance to MSD's managers on a range of employment and relationship issues. You, and your team, are key to employment risk management and mitigation on behalf of MSD.
You will identify opportunities to build and enhance the development of your team's knowledge that will significantly contribute to the HR development of the managers they service. Your ability to stand apart from the day-to-day issues and identify strategic issues affecting your team, will have you working across operational and strategic matters simultaneously. You will need to see the whole picture and have the ability to influence upwards to ensure MSD maintains a consistent approach to employment matters. You will be confident working with a range of internal and external customers e.g. Unions, lawyers, the Public Service Commission and other government department and agencies, demonstrating lateral thinking, good judgement and the ability to manage effective and collaborative working relationships.
Success will be due to your;
- Extensive knowledge of HR and ER practices
- Leadership, supervisory and coaching capabilities - you will have a passion for developing staff and championing a cohesive team culture
- Commitment to continuous improvement
- Excellent communication, negotiation and influencing skills
- Patience, pragmatism and resilience

Position Description

**Salary range**: $126,924 - $190,386 per annum
