**Key Responsibilities**:

- Recruitment: Manage end-to-end recruitment process for growth support.
- Strategic solutions: Drive the firm's success through people-centric strategies.
- Relationship building: Cultivate strong relationships with staff and partners, enhancing firm culture and communication.
- New staff induction: Provide meaningful training and support to new staff members in collaboration with the Practice Manager.
- Performance appraisals: Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that inspires high performance.
- Talent management: Assist in talent development and leadership initiatives.
- Firm well-being: Actively contribute to fostering a cooperative, innovative, and quality-driven work environment.
- Summer Clerk program: Promote and manage the annual Summer Clerk Program.
- Staff management: Supervise and manage support staff under your purview.

**Skills Required**:

- Bring a strong HR/Recruitment background, proven in your ability to provide HR advice and leadership across the full HR remit
- Strong relationship management and communication skills,
- Strong professional drive to succeed, excellent time management skills and high energy levels.
- Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Powerpoint).
- Ability to manage and inspire staff.
