Join a team dedicated to making a real difference in the lives of those in extreme need. Orphans Aid International is seeking a passionate and committed Office and Administration Manager to play a crucial role in supporting their growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensuring the smooth running of the national office and all the administration functions.
- Team Management, lead and train the office support team, casual team members, and volunteers.
- Managing administrative aspects of events and fundraisers.
- Overseeing database management, utilising tools and features to provide feedback, generate reports, and analyse events and campaigns for future growth.
- Purchasing of supplies and asset management.

You will bring:

- Previous experience in business or office management.
- Proficiency in office software with a strong technical ability to learn various software systems.
- Ability to identify and build processes and systems that enable future growth.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Collaborative mindset, working for the interests of the entire team.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A can-do and enthusiastic approach to tasks and challenges.
- Previous work in the charitable sector or fundraising is advantageous but not essential.

The role will be circa 30 hours per week, paying $34.90 per hour.
