He Kōrero mō te tūranga | About the Role
The Paediatric service is seeking inspirational, experienced nurses with a passion for improving the health of tamariki and whānau. Tamariki ora nurses are specialised registered nurses who work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary paediatric team to deliver a service responsive to the need of our population. Each of these specialist roles will compliment the existing CNS team to ensure tamariki of Te Hauora a Toi Bay of Plenty have access to specialist health services.
Key responsibilities include to lead and advance the delivery of Dermatology education to Tamariki and their whānau people admission and in nurse-led outpatient clinics across Tauranga and Whakatane Hospitals. The Tamariki Ora CNS team will show strength in engagement with whānau and a commitment to remove barriers to access.
