**Description**:
**Account Manager/Customer Success Manager**:
You’ll care and grow your very own portfolio - we like to think of it as your own little business to ‘grow’, ‘scale’ and ‘manage’.

You’ll be spending around 65% of your time caring for your customers
Creating a strategic plan to grow the value of your portfolio will be one of your top priorities
Help to solve the complex problems your customers bring to you
Collaborate with a number of our teams including customer delivery, sales and senior leadership
