We are currently trading in the UK, Ireland, Australia and New Zealand, and as part of our exciting expansion we are hiring a Customer Success Manager, remote based, in New Zealand.
**Your core responsibilities**:
- Proactively manage customer relationships and communications, provide technical support, and ensure clients get maximum value from the platform
- Onboard and train new clients
- Measure, document and analyse customers’ usage and adoption of product features
- Proactively identify and pursue opportunities for upgrading/upselling services to existing customers to drive revenues and growth
**About you**:
You will also;
- Have excellent communication skills and a strong attention to detail
- Be self-driven, with the ability to work independently as well as part of the global team
- Have high standards of your own work and service
- Be experienced in providing technical support
- Ideally have experience of renewing and growing a customer base
- Experience of the recruitment sector or working with a newly launched SaaS product, or in a start-up business are all pluses
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $45,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
