As a BCITO Training Advisor, you will provide mentoring support to our apprentices in the Wellington region and carry out assessments (onsite and via our online learning management system) to help apprentices complete their qualifications and achieve their career goals. You will also work with employers to build relationships within the industry to help identify skill needs and promote apprenticeships.

If you are keen to share your skills and knowledge through mentoring and inspiring others in the construction industry, this could be the perfect role for you.
