We’re looking for a Senior Claims Administrator to join our Claims team. This is a permanent, full-time role based in Auckland, however we will consider applicants in Wellington for the right person.

Our Claims team is looking for a Senior Claims Administrator to join the team. This is a Claims Administration role with a difference You’ll not only be supporting our Claims Consultants with the key administrative work required for claim assessment and management, you’ll also have the opportunity to manage your own portfolio - assessing and managing claims.

Team fit is equally as important to us. We are looking for someone who has a great attitude and is comfortable building relationships with the wider organisation. We work with the customer at the forefront of our minds so having the ability to identify the fair way to approach things is a must. You will be a great all-rounder who can jump into any part of the team to support.

Our business is highly agile so we need our workforce to be as well. If you have initiative and the ability to hit the ground running then you could be just the person we’re looking for.
