**Job Description**:
Rockwell Automation is hiring

We are looking for an **Account Manager, OEM [New Zealand]** to be based in our **Auckland or Hamilton** office.

This role is professionally responsible for the development and implementation of sales strategies and plans to acquire new business for OEM solutions to meet or exceed annual sales goals and grow market share. The individual is also professionally responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships at assigned OEM accounts while engaging with distributors to ensure effective and efficient utilization of resources.

**What Success Looks Like**
- Achievement of allocated sales target in products, services and solutions
- Growth in existing accounts and acquisition of competitive / new accounts
- Improvement in customer satisfaction for assigned account packages
- Effective management of Distributors / Market Access

**Key Responsibilities**
- Maintain a collaborative relationship with the RA Distributors and internal stakeholders
- Develop and execute account plans for assigned OEM account packages
- Adopt the company’s disciplined approach to managing sales opportunities and front-log using available sales tools.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through regular contacts / visits. Facilitate resolution of customer issues.
- Analyse current business levels against allocated sales targets and provide monthly, quarterly and yearly sales forecasts.
- Stay current on Industry trends, competitors, market drivers and RA offerings.
- Require to engage at C Level to drive outcome-based selling conversations. Require to plan and execute customer visits regularly within NZ geography. Promote transformation technologies to identified accounts. Collaborate with distributor, BU and Pricing team to ensure long-term pricing agreements are put in place for OEM customers.
- Perform any other relevant duties as and when assigned by immediate Manager

**About You**
- Degree in Electrical / Electronic Engineering or related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years' selling experience in the automation industry.
- Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills
- Team Player
