Kōrero mō te tūranga - About the role
This is your opportunity to lead a team of analysts providing commercial support to our Consumer Team, around analysis, reporting, pricing and agency payments.
In this leadership role, you will lead a small team of commercial analysts that support our consumer products and services. This might see you managing payment models; working with the wider business around the pricing of our products and services we take to market or developing and refining our reporting suite across the consumer space. It's a mix of all those plus they'll be opportunities to grow.
You will play a key in leading the pricing and payments for our retail agents.
Mōu - About you
- You will have experience in commercial, analytical, pricing, finance, product or strategy type roles in a services industry with proven success leading and managing payment and pricing models that drive business results.
- Strong engagement skills with experience leading & collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders with project lead experience.
- Deep commercial analysis, modelling and reporting skills.
- Retail and/or franchise experience would be a bonus.
