This Module specialises in General Medicine including Cardiology, Diabetes, Respiratory and other Medicine sub-specialties.

We are looking for someone who has experience working in a healthcare environment as well as a strong customer focus and a commitment to providing patient focused care to the diverse community of South Auckland. As a people person, you will also demonstrate excellent communication skills and be a supportive team member.

The role is predominantly administration you will be responsible for the booking of patients, ward discharges, cancellation of clinics along with other tasks. There will also be a clinical component where you will be expected to work on the floor running clinics alongside registered and enrolled nurses. Having experience with taking blood pressures would be advantageous.

We work friendly hours, Monday to Friday between the hours of 07:30 and 17:30 based at Manukau Health Park. This is a full-time role working 40 hours a week, times are negotiable.

**Essential**:

- Minimum 2 year experience working in health care
- Scheduling/ward clerk experience
- Excellent computer and technical skills - iPM, MCIS and Clinical portal skills
- Experience in working in a multi-disciplinary team
- Advanced written and verbal English communication skills
- Excellent time management skills

**Desired**:
Proven ability to accurately undertake blood pressures

Experience in the medical speciality

The salary range is dependent on skills and experience and will be paid in line with the National Administration Collective agreement.
