About the role
This role is unique as you will be engaging with managers across business units and be exposed to a range of payroll and other HR administrative duties. You will be well positioned to gain insight into the wider workings of an HR team and develop your HR knowledge and skills extensively.
**Responsibilities include**:

- Facilitating and supporting the payroll process
- Supporting managers with P&C policies, procedures, and processes
- Providing People & Capability administration to support the team and the organisation

About you
You will have some experience in a Human Resources or people-related role. You may be just starting your HR & People journey, and seeking to develop your career in HR.
**We are looking for someone who**:

- Is a fast learner, curious and looks for business improvement opportunities
- Has great customer service skills
- Has ability to establish effective working relationships in a collaborative environment
- Is confident and has effective communication skills (written and spoken)
- Is able to work to tight deadlines and prioritise mahi (work)
- Will deliver outstanding results and strong attention to detail
- Has experience in the Microsoft software suite
