**About the role**:
This role will be support our high volume recruitment areas; including the contact centre, admin teams and sales roles. We work closely together as a team and share roles to balance the workload when required.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Attract, source, and select the very best talent for Genesis, with a specific focus on our volume portfolio
- Work closely with HR and Remuneration to ensure appropriate role banding and placements
- Partner with Genesis Leaders to create and execute sourcing strategies
- Act as a trusted partner to key stakeholders, by coaching managers on best-practice selection and decision making
- Provide and review information that supports understanding of key trends and issues regarding labour market and local competitiveness to assist the business with decision making
- Maintain strong third-party relationships that support talent attraction for Genesis

**About you**:

- 5+ years' experience within recruitment; ideally, you'll have experience in agency or internal recruitment roles
- Proven experience recruiting high volume roles
- Experience with behavioural interviewing techniques and psychometric testing evaluations
- Experience working with SnapHire and SuccessFactors preferred
- An analytical/ systems mindset
