About the Role

Working closely with hiring managers and People Business Partners, you'll gain insight into talent needs, developing innovative sourcing strategies, and advertising campaigns that align with Gallagher values and employee brand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment Reporting: Prepare regular detailed reports on recruitment activities.
  • Market Research and

Talent Insights:
Stay updated on industry trends and provide talent market insights to guide hiring decisions.

  • System/Technology Championship and

Strong Partnerships:
Champion talent technology tools and foster effective relationships with stakeholders to achieve recruitment goals.

Experience and Attributes for Success

  • Tertiary level qualification in a related field
  • Proven experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in a fastpaced environment
  • Track record of successfully recruiting for various positions, including niche technical roles
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software
  • Strong understanding of relevant employment laws & regulations
  • Innovative thinker / creative approach to talent sourcing and attraction
  • Capable of managing multiple priorities and delivering results under tight deadlines
  • Experience recruiting in global markets (highly desired)
  • Proficiently in Job Check processing and criteria (highly desired)
