Fonterra is in an exciting period of transformation as we shift our existing RPO recruitment model in New Zealand to an in-house recruitment function. We are building a team of passionate people, and this is your opportunity to join our Talent Acquisition team as we shape the recruitment function to attract, develop and retain people to progress their careers within Fonterra.

As the Recruitment Partner, you will maintain overall responsibility for the end-to-end recruitment process, and collaborate closely with Hiring Managers, alongside the Talent Acquisition Sourcing team, to attract and select top talent for your business unit.

This is a varied role, and there will also be opportunities to support and contribute to projects, and promote Fonterra as an employer of choice at industry events.

Some of your other key responsibilities will include:

- Managing the end-to-end recruitment process (job briefing, sourcing strategy, screening to shortlist, interview support, pre-employment checks and offer negotiation
- Ensuring best practice talent acquisition processes are consistently applied in line with Fonterra’s Global Standards and providing education and training to the Hiring Manager
- Providing relevant market insights, including employment market trends, to support the business and workforce planning requirements
- Understanding our internal talent and supporting the movement and growth of our internal talent pool
- Consistently communicate Fonterra’s Employee Value Proposition
