We help a range of central and local government agencies, utility providers and private clients across the country from our offices in Auckland, Hamilton, New Plymouth, Wellington, and Christchurch.

Sectors we operate in include, roading, rail, housing, gas, electricity, three waters, education, recreation and more.

What you'll do


Based out of our Hamilton office, you will work across a range of significant infrastructure projects in the Waikato, Bay of Plenty and surrounding regions.

You will help to delight our clients and to deliver great project outcomes.

You will have excellent attention to detail and be a team player willing to contribute to the company, our culture and the growth of our new Waikato office.


Key tasks associated with the role will include:

  • Property due diligence, property strategies and property cost estimation
  • Lead landowner negotiations for the acquisition of land and property rights for highways and local roads, threewaters infrastructure, government housing and electricity transmission and distribution.
  • Assist with the legalisation of Crown and local government land
  • Assist with the disposal of Crown and local government land
  • Undertake stakeholder engagement and public consultation
  • Preparing client and Land Information NZ (LINZ) reports
  • Provide advice under the Public Works Act and Local Government Act
  • Management of property and multidisciplinary projects

Skills, experience and qualities
The role will be suited to a senior property professional, or an intermediate ready to take the next step.

The position may be tailored to the skills and experience of the successful applicant, but they will ideally be able to work across a range of property areas.


Applicants will ideally have:

  • A tertiary property qualification, or a related degree
  • 5+ years of property experience relevant to the role
  • Public Works Act and/or Local Government Act knowledge
  • Ability to build a strong rapport with stakeholders and show empathy
  • Excellent report writing skills and attention to detail
  • Strong time management and organisational skills
