**About the Role**

Working closely with hiring managers and People Business Partners, you'll gain insight into talent needs, developing innovative sourcing strategies, and advertising campaigns that align with Gallagher values and employee brand.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Recruitment Reporting: Prepare regular detailed reports on recruitment activities.
- Market Research and Talent Insights: Stay updated on industry trends and provide talent market insights to guide hiring decisions.
- System/Technology Championship and Strong Partnerships: Champion talent technology tools and foster effective relationships with stakeholders to achieve recruitment goals.

**Experience and Attributes for Success**
- Tertiary level qualification in a related field
- Proven experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Track record of successfully recruiting for various positions, including niche technical roles
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software
- Strong understanding of relevant employment laws & regulations
- Innovative thinker / creative approach to talent sourcing and attraction
- Capable of managing multiple priorities and delivering results under tight deadlines
- Experience recruiting in global markets (highly desired)
- Proficiently in Job Check processing and criteria (highly desired)
