We are currently seeking an Associate Client Services Manager to join our Corporate Trustee Services (CTS) team located in our Wellington office.
**The role**:
Corporate Trustee Services (CTS) is a division of Public Trust. We work with institutional business customers and investors to provide independent and prudential supervision to a wide range of financial arrangements. To find out more about the CTS team, please click on the below job description.
The purpose of this role is to assist our Client Services Managers (CSMs) with their portfolio of clients, and have accountability for the delivery of client support of CTS services and products. This is done by providing a high level of support functions to the CSMs on client engagement and administration. You will focus on understanding the needs of our CSMs to know their customers and groups of investors to help organisations meet their legal obligations and protect investors' interests.
Going forward, there may be scope for your own client portfolio.
You will be a highly motivated individual, ideally with some experience in managing client relationships and working effectively within a team.
Key requirements include:

- 2+ years' experience in a relevant industry such as trustee organizations, banking and financial environments, and/or large corporate legal firms
- An effective and compelling communicator
- A working knowledge of relevant Financial Markets Legislation, including Financial Markets Conduct Act and Regulations, Superannuation Schemes Act, and KiwiSaver Act
- The ability to be able to understand legal documents
- The ability to understand and analyse financial statements and reports
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline such as law, accountancy or commerce is desirable.
