Thinking of heading off on your OE during the UK 2025 summer and wat a fixed term contract role for around 14 months?

We are seeking good all-round administrators - ideally with 2 years’ office administration experience.

You will carry out a range of administrative tasks that support our client to deliver a wide range of educational courses.

**About the role**

This is a busy position within a supportive team, a key aspect of the role is the formatting of course materials. You will also be liaising with customers via an 0800 line assisting with general inquiries.

**Benefits**
- Fulltime hours are 37.5hr per week
- Flexible, up to 3 wfh & supportive work environment
- 3 days special leave on top of the annual leave entitlement

**Skills & Experience**
- Administration experience
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Some experience with Adobe, InDesign & PowerPoint ideal not not essential
- Customer centric approach
- Proficient in MS Office suite, especially Word
