We need three Wellington based part-time Experience Coordinators (15 hours per week guaranteed, with more available) ready to be the customer-facing champions of our innovative product and service. You will be responsible for member support and help ensure our members enjoy every trip they take with us.

Working with the Experience Support Manager in a fast paced environment, you will master customer support and develop to grow as an individual within the business. You will also play a vital role in improving our members’ experience by contributing to member success and to other projects.

**_The Day to Day

- Provides support to administrative and operational tasks.
- Communicate and coordinate with other teams across the business to resolve problems.
- A growth mindset that is ready to constantly improve and open to constructive feedback.
- Must be flexible to work on evenings, weekends, and holidays.

- Confident presenting and interacting with existing and potential Mevo members.
- Show initiative in helping to solve member queries.
- Remain calm in high pressure situations.
- Valid Class 1 Full NZ driver licence
