**The Role**:
**Key Accountabilities**:

- Drive direct sourcing techniques with a diversity first lens, ensuring job descriptions, branding and processes are wholly inclusive and best in class.
- Develop excellent job adverts, crafting engaging content enabling NRC to be a employer of choice.
- Engage in creative sourcing sessions using platforms such as LinkedIn. Market map across countries and regions to uncover the best available talent.
- Collaborate with colleagues in HR and the client group to determine medium to long-term talent requirements and skill shortages, developing appropriate strategic resourcing solutions in response.

**Job Skills, Experience & Qualifications**:

- Recruitment agency and in-house Talent Acquisition experience.
- Proven experience of sourcing and working in partnership and building strong working relationships with senior managers in order to improve resourcing delivery.
- Knowledge and experience of implementing best practice recruitment solutions to drive a value added service.
- Understands how to work with the business to identify, develop and implement appropriate resourcing solutions.
- Proven track record of operating in a complex working environment.
