Our client is a dynamic company at the forefront of technological innovation in aviation software, Supplying cloud-based (Azure) Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions, to over 70 regional airlines in more than 30 countries. They are now expanding their team and are on the lookout for a talented individual to join as a QA Specialist.

**Position Summary**:

As a QA Specialist, you'll play a pivotal role in their transition to DevOps, collaborating with Agile Development, Product, and Customer Success teams. This work-from-home position requires expertise in system testing, test automation, and a diverse set of technologies including desktop, mobile, web, and Azure backend. If you're passionate about driving quality standards and have a flair for test automation tools such as Test Complete, we want to hear from you

**Your role**:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain a positive and collaborative team culture.
- Define, coordinate, and execute test plans throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Contribute to the development and execution of testing automation using tools like Selenium and SmartBear (Test Complete).
- Ensure the integrity of data, assess product quality, and contribute to release readiness.
- Support the Customer Success team by providing relevant documentation.
- Uphold company QA standards and principles, promoting excellence in software QA.

**Skills Required**:

- Three years of Software Testing and QA experience.
- Proficiency in Cloud, Desktop Application, and API testing tools (Selenium, SmartBear/Test Complete).
- Experience in automation testing frameworks.
- Basic database understanding (relational and no-SQL) and SQL query skills.
- Experience in Azure DevOps.

**Bonus points for**:

- Knowledge of the rapid software testing movement or ISTQB certification.
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced Agile environment with changing urgencies.
- Experience using analytic tools.
- Knowledge of the airline and/or travel industries and related technologies.
