Customer Success Specialist

Our client is a rapidly growing SaaS company, that is on a mission to empower businesses in efficiently managing health and safety. They are currently seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join their team as a Customer Success Specialist for a full-time remote position.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients during key lifecycle events.
- Facilitate customer implementations, onboarding, and training.
- Engage with clients via multiple channels, ensuring seamless support.
- Collaborate with sales and technology teams for smooth transitions and support.
- Contribute to customer success strategies and maintain support content.
**Qualifications and Experience**:
- Relevant experience in customer success or software support and training.
- Knowledge of HubSpot or similar CRM tools.
- Strong communication skills across multiple channels.
