Our Tele fundraising Team plays a key role in enabling this to happen, focusing on bringing in critical financial support. We are looking to hire a talented Tele fundraising Coordinator to inspire and lead our dedicated team of callers.

We want someone special who arrives at work each day genuinely excited about the possibilities and has that ability to inspire the team to daily success. Your enthusiasm and passion for our mission will be infectious and most importantly you are a skilled communicator.
- Previous sales experience and working with teams is a prerequisite and we want to hear of your past successes.
- A competent knowledge and skill level with IT literacy and the ability to adapt quickly to new technology.
- Prior experience in training and coaching.

**The role**
- Day-to-day leadership of the Tele fundraising team ensuring calling standards are met.
- Ongoing coaching and training to support callers to KPI success
- Recruitment interviews and training of new starters
- Performance management
- Reporting on metrics and KPI’s
- File management
