Alumni Relations and Development comprises the Alumni Relations Office and the Development Office. Based in Auckland’s CBD, at University House on Princes Street (once the first Synagogue in Auckland) the team provides events, communications, research, writing, and web management services.

We are a small, energised team of three who embrace creativity. We are proud of the positive impact we make. We all get stuck in when there is a problem to fix, and we work openly and collaboratively to get the reactive work done, when we are not planning out better ways of doing things for the future.

This is a role that will require someone who likes to work in a process driven environment who enjoys running tracking systems and knows how to problem solve to keep things moving and developing as they should be. You will also need to be a people person who likes to connect and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

This is a role for someone who is energised by a busy schedule with a variety of responsibilities. Who is computer savvy, but more importantly organised and proactive. You like to help people find the answers they need to effect change and to creatively problem solve when there isn’t one.

We are looking for applicants to provide us with an engaging Cover Letter that outlines your interest in the role and highlights your personality and passion for charitable work.

**E rapua ana mātou | We are seeking**
