The role is a 3-month temporary assignment with permanent opportunity within the business:

- Waterfront location with free on-site parking
- Monday to Friday - standard business hours
- Ideally ASAP start
- $26 - $30 per hour + 8% holiday pay (depending on experience) - likely to go permanent

**The role**:
Developing lasting relationships with short and long-term yachting and boating customers, you’ll answer enquiries and process invoices. Administrative tasks will include, but are not limited to:

- General day-to-day administrative duties
- Ensuring compliance is kept up to date and accurately stored in the system
- Invoice preparation
- Following up with outdated or missing information
- Taking payments and settling accounts

**About you**:
With previous experience in a customer facing role, either phone based or front facing, you will be confident liaising with a range of customers. You will be:

- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Planning and organisational skills
- High attention to detail
- Resilient with a friendly and positive work attitude
- Tech savvy and able to pick up new systems
- Ideally would have experience with Marina management systems
