**The opportunity we have**

We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner (Advisor) to come and join our People and Culture Team in permanent full-time capacity to be based in either our Hamilton or Tauranga offices. If you are keen in contributing to the growth of an iconic organisation with a strong focus on sustainability and providing a legacy for the future, then this role is just what you are looking for

As our HR Business Partner (Advisor), you will be working in partnership with managers and employees across the business to support the successful planning and achievement of business objectives and outcomes. Furthermore, your work will have a strong ER focus, and you will assist with the implementation of strategic HR projects and transformational changes across the business, working proactively and in close collaboration with other HR Business Partners and the wider HR functional teams to ensure the provision of a flexible, comprehensive, and value-add HR Service.

**The skills you’ll need to succeed**

You’ll bring a tertiary HR or related field qualification and minimum 4 years of working experience in a HR generalist advisory/partnering role working in a highly unionised workforce in partnership with unions. Moreover, you possess:

- Sound working knowledge of NZ employment and Health and Safety legislation
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience with HR operations, systems, and processes.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills.
