We are now looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant who will report to the Executive Manager Office of the CEO in a permanent, full-time role based in Auckland.
**The Role**
In this fast-paced, high-energy role you will provide a wide range of efficient and effective administrative, operational, project and business support to the NZLT. This role will interact with a wide range of individuals and will be required to develop and manage key senior internal and external stakeholder relationships, which are critical to the success and execution of the business strategy. A growth and strategic mindset will be required to be successful in this role.
This role offers diversity, autonomy and a great culture. Your tasks will include high-level administrative support, co-ordination, reporting, project work, managing budgets and financials, creating meeting agendas, as well as the usual, but critical, diary and travel management.
Experience working to a high degree of confidentiality is critical to this role, along with a focus on attention to detail and advanced administration and PC skills. Essential requirements for this position include a minimum of at least 5 years demonstrated experience working at an Executive Assistant level within a corporate environment.
