Auckland City, New Zealand FRL Divisional Support Full time

**About Us**

If we could have it our way, people would talk a little bit less about housing and a bit more about living. That's because we believe the Kiwi dream is bigger than a quarter acre. It’s about neighbourhoods designed to nurture living in all its beauty, richness and variety. Creating that requires a really diverse group of innovative people, from all walks of life, coming together in an environment that inspires them, encourages them to develop their own selves, and to contribute to a greater purpose. The new Kiwi dream.

**The Role**

We think we have a wonderful culture within our division, and this is created through great leadership and people managers that focus on fostering engagement, inclusion and belonging. Our strong people culture is built on how we treat our people, develop our people, and ensuring that our people feel valued. We care about what we do and how we do it. This is where you come in

Our People & Performance Coordinator is a pivotal role within our divisional People and Performance team. This role will play a key part in leading all our administrative and transactional activities across the employee and talent lifecycle. This position is ultimately responsible for maintaining our HR data integrity and administrative processes. This role will also provide back-up support for our talent acquisition activities, including advertising, reference checking, pre-employment and hiring activities. In addition, you will also be able to get involved in more generalist HR activities to support engagement, wellbeing, learning and development, together with key annual people and talent cycle events. This is a great opportunity to forge your HR career and get breadth of generalist experience across an interesting and diverse portfolio where no two days will be the same.

**About You**

You will be super organised, have a keen eye for detail, be passionate about systems, data and technology, and enjoy exploring opportunities to innovate, simplify and improve what we do and how we do it. You’ll have an energetic style and approach, excellent communication skills and be willing to go the extra mile to provide a great customer experience.

You will need to be curious and passionate about what you do, and have a willingness to flex your skills and roll your sleeves upThis opportunity will provide you with autonomy within a supportive and flexible environment. We are open minded, and value fit within our team and culture above a qualification or a certain number of years of experience. Oh, and you’ll need to enjoy having some fun at the same time (we work hard, but we don’t take ourselves too seriously)

**What’s on Offer**:

- A flexible and supportive team environment, where we enjoy celebrating our successes
- We welcome and encourage new and creative ideas and exploring opportunities to innovate within our People and Performance function
- Opportunities for training, development and career progression
- Access to the Fletcher Building Benefits programme including share scheme, education fund, health discounts, other industry discounts
- Working with a team of HR professionals that will support you and share our passion for what we do with you

**Application Process**
- Or if you’d like to know a bit more about us, who we are, and what we do, please feel free to reach out to Fiona MacKenzie, Head of People & Performance or Olivia Finn, Talent Acquisition Business Partner for a confidential chat.
- We welcome your individuality. We are enriched by so many nationalities, languages, religions, customs, and lifestyles. We are proud of our diversity and see it as one of the things that make us stronger._
